Self-Portrait

When conducting "Drawing with Scissors" workshops and residencies in the Atlanta area, Flora Rosefsky (aka "Miss Rose") often wears a colorful vest which incorporates fabric cutouts in its design. This self-portrait includes her vest as well as a flying bird above her head, symbolizing "Tzipporah", the artist's Hebrew name which in English translates to "bird".
